The Challenge & Our Solution

Toyota dealership networks need clean, well-proportioned illuminated signage that reinforces brand consistency in showrooms and buildings, supports quick deployment during renovations or new openings, and avoids high tooling expenses for standard or varied-size elements.

Goodbong addressed this by utilizing several pre-existing standard molds (aluminium and wood, ranging from compact to over 3.7 meters wide) at no charge, then applying vacuum forming for the 3D acrylic faces alongside bending, carving, and vacuum coating for structural and surface details. The hybrid material approach combined visual clarity and depth with the durability of galvanized and composite backs, while integrated waterproof LED options ensured reliable performance. This method reduced lead times compared with fully custom tooling routes, maintained consistent quality through complete in-house control, and offered genuine flexibility for single-piece orders.
